"I have stayed at many different apartments across the country, and Parkgrove is in my top two. Chris and Julianne were helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to help me move in. My only complaint is the wall at the entrance makes it difficult to see cyclists, pedestrians, and traffic at night. Maintenance was always prompt to fix any issues, and there were no surprise bills upon moving out. Overall a great place to stay."
"My family and I loved living at Parkgrove! The apartments are right on a bus line and have a nice floorplan. The maintenance team is prompt, friendly and professional. There is always upkeep happening on the grounds. This property is well maintained year round. Chris and Julianne are the best property managers we have ever had! The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, as well. We lived at Parkgrove for 3 years when we first moved to Eugene. The only reason we moved was to buy a house! The only downside we had was the largest floorplan is 2×1. I wouldn't take my chances anywhere but here, if we still needed to rent. It really felt like home, and we will miss everyone!"
"This a great complex to live in. The management staff is very helpful and responsive for any needed repairs. The common areas are very well maintained. It would be 5 stars but for a couple things: it can be a bit frustrating to get through traffic during football game rush hour, and you can hear most events in the football and baseball stadiums, but those aren't too frequent. Lastly, new tenants aren't allowed cats."
"We absolutely love living at Parkgrove for a multitude of reasons. Anytime we have any maintenance problem it is taken care of within a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and attentive as well as professional. We always feel safe on property and love how quiet it is since it is not 100% students. It is a great location, which makes it convenient to go shopping and to travel to school and work. The Parkgrove team has made living here awesome and we definitely don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Thank you all!"
"These actually pretty good apartments. The staff is friendly and rent has gone up, but it's reasonable considering the location. With the 13 bus your only 15 minutes from downtown Eugene, and downtown Springfield is easy to get to via car or bike. One word of warning, during games at autzen stadium, you're essentially on lockdown. Don't expect to drive out when people are entering or exiting the stadium. If you love the Ducks, it's great because you can just walk to the games, if you don't care about football it can become a nightmare 7 times a year. I suggest just leaving town those weekends."
