"We have stayed at this hotel before and did not experience any problems. However this time was different. We were not able to check in until almost 5pm. This is not acceptable and we did not even get an apology. We will not stay there again."
"We had a fabulous stay at the Inn at the 5th. The staff was incredibly helpful during difficult weather. Rooms were large and clean with a gas fireplace. Lobby was inviting and comfortable. Location seemed great with lots of things to do nearby, although we could not partake given the terrible weather."
"Small no microwave, fridge had no freezer. Too cramped no atmosphere inside hotel. Staff was nice but no room service. Can't wait until Valley River Inn reopens in 2024."
"Charming place. The rooms were very clean everything was easily accessible. There was a hiccup with some of the rooms being ready but lobby area was so inviting and the staff so friendly it didn't even matter. I would suggest staying more than one night so you can take it all in."
"The service here is excellent. Dog friendly. Rooms are spacious and well adorned with creative decorations. Leave parking up to the valets, as the parking is limited. The jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice."
