"The only reason I do have to give a lower rating for service was not for the staff members themselves, all amazing for the most part, but for the other terribly rude guests who stayed. The rooms are nice but very simplistic. I appreciate the small separation of Living room area to the bedroom area but still left with desiring more. I look forward to my return to provide any updates as needed to my review."

"My family and I came to this place as refugees, and when approached with accommodation charges and parking fees, we halved our initial stay. Halving it from $1000 to $500. I was told that if I parked our vehicles on the second floor they might be subject to theft. Throughout I went to work, and took to learning the names of the people who worked at the hotel at the same time, and hadn’t been home in over a week. Laura extended our stay, and worked out our details on multiple occasions. We ended up spending $1300 total. Art was a magnificent night manager, and Kevin was always about. I was so grateful to have a roof over our heads, and power, and light, and water. Wi-fi was slow to come back, but when it did it was welcome. This is the second time that I have stayed at the Hyatt in similar circumstances. Take pleasure in the pool. Five Stars. Room 617."

"The January 2024 ice storm sent a tree crashing into our roof and we were so fortunate to get a room for 4 nights here. We came stressed with two senior dogs in tow and were welcomed warmly. The front desk manager, Art, was always helping and kind, as was every single other staff I met (housekeeping, breakfast, bar, front desk). I’m a customer service manager and I would be so proud to have a team like the team at Hyatt. The staff that was able to get to work safely came in and many even stayed there for a whole week to be able to get operations moving forward. Really impressive. Not that we need a local room often, but when the need arises, we’ll definitely be coming back here. Thank you for making a stressful time just a little easier on us."

"Everything was better than expected. The service, the pool, the staff, and especially breakfast. The location was great as well. We had an issue with our TV and the staff showed up to fix our issue within minutes. Rooms were spacious as well. If we're in Eugene, we will definitely stay here again."
