"Great location across from the university and on the river trails. The room was far from front desk and check in and there was no elevator (my room was on the third floor). It was raining and getting to the room was not pleasant. The room was fine, needed some updates, but clean and good enough. When I arrived the room was in the 60s, but the heater warmed it up after a couple of hours."

"Rooms were nice, front desk staff was lovely. Incredibly upsetting that my baby's playpen that was packed up, ready to go and accidentally left on one of the beds wasn't put in "lost and found" or reported and cannot be found. Less than 8 hours after checking out"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room had obviously been updated- pretty nicely, with what they had. If that was it, I would've had a great time here. However, because they didn't improve soundproofing in the renovation, it's incredibly loud. From my room, I could hear when someone was going down the hallway upstairs like they were next to me. The staff roll towel carts around at 7 am, and it's very loud. Currently, there's construction nearby as well, and it was horrendous to try and sleep. Also, I paid for a queen bed and got a full (most likely just a simple mistake, but it was just the cherry on top of the cake). Overall not an awful experience, but I feel like it did affect my trip significantly."

"Great location, plenty of parking, nice breakfast, spacious room. Issues: room in the back building was facing parking lot and incredibly noisy from both people outside building and inside. Security door to second floor did not lock and every time someone used it slammed closed very loudly. Ask for room facing millrace or not in that far back building."

"This was an excellent experience! We traveled to visit my kids for the holidays with our dog. The pet-friendly atmosphere at the hotel was fantastic. Our room was spacious, smelled pristine and was very clean. It was so quiet, which may have been because our room was located outside the main building. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were close enough to walk to events but far enough away from all the commotion. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool until midnight, and parking was a breeze. Jen at the front desk was a star. She was very accommodating and kind, along with the other lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. Additionally, the breakfast was a success. The omelets were so fresh! Even my husband, who is very discerning, said, "Great choice - let's stay here again.”"
