"I picked up the car from Eugene, but on the day of return, due to a storm, the Eugene airport was closed. So I had to change my flight to Portland and returned the car to Portland airport. I wasn't charged extra for that and I'm glad they understood the storm situation. Also, I had a flat tire on the very first day of the reservation. Did put on the spare tire and then called customer service and asked if I am allowed to drive with the spare tire. I was told that I should get a new tire and enterprise will reimburse me later. So I drove to a tire shop and had them install a new tire. I kept the receipt and a few days later, I emailed the tire receipt to Eugene Enterprise. They processed my request and mailed me a check for reimbursement."

"Customer service was great and the car was nice and new. Unfortunately the car had been smoked in which isn’t great because I’ve got two young kids and I’m asthmatic. Luckily we weren’t driving much though."

"We have used all the big car rental companes over the years and have no real recollection of the experiences except for one recently in Portland with another company. I had a reservation, but when they heard I was going to make a stop in Montana was told they could not rent me the car... thanks Budget! It was a busy week and nobody, even Enterprise, had cars to rent. Others simply told us they had no cars, but the Enterprise employee worked with us to overcome the situation. Was the option ideal, no, but she took the tine to come up with a plan. Since our first stop was in Keizer, Oregon she contacted the Enterprise office there and arranged for a car I could pick up in Keizer and return to the airport when we were done. All we had to do was get to Keizer in the first place. We were able to get to Keizer and the car was ready. Vacation saved! We had occasion several weeks later to rent a car at the Eugene Airport. Naturally Enterprise was our first choice. Since we had a reservation it was fast, friendly and easy. Another good experience."
