"The only thing these apartments have over others is affordability. Sheena doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t reply to texts messages or voicemails. If you need anything on time just know it won’t happen. When I moved in to the apartment I didn’t even get offered to look at the apartment before moving in. Also, the plumbing is horrible if one toilet messes up everyone’s is messed up. If it weren’t for her main maintenance guy nothing would be up and running.I’m not saying Sheena is a mean person but, she is not dependable or reachable. It’s just frustrating trying to get anything done with her. I had to move out because I couldn’t handle it anymore."
"I lived there from 2011 to 2013, as a single mom it worked out. Rent at the time was fairly low, we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and my kids got along with the neighbor kids. I liked the convenience of safeway and dollar tree across the parking lot. I wished they had washer dryer hook up but the on-site laundry mat made do. When I moved out I got my full deposit back. There were times when poor tenants moved in next to me but they always abandoned their apartment within a few months, too bad, always a mess for management to clean."
"Absolutely awful, the apartment manager has not stepped foot in the office in the last 2 years other than to grab rent checks. Even if you call 100000 times your only response will be by text. The entire apartment complex has a black mold and flea problem. There was 2 drug related deaths and probably 1000 arrests in the time I was there. If you want to enjoy your life, your sanity and your health, DO NOT live here."
"The apartments look fairly nice on the outside, and the manager seems very nice and helpful. The truth is much more sinister. We were plagued by drug dealers, neighborhood bullies, registered child molesters, and black mold coming through the drywall. We were massively flooded by faulty plumbing and broken rain gutters on multiple occasions. It took them almost 2 weeks to finish the repairs, when bathroom waste water flooded into our apartment. We were never compensated for any of the property that was destroyed. I was told that my normally healthy family's constant illness was caused by mold inside the walls, and under the carpet. It's called Toxic Environment Syndrome. Although we were month to month tenants, we gave notice that we were moving as a courtesy. We left the apartment clean, and in very good repair(I have pictures) The management had the audacity to take our $500 security deposit, and bill us for rent for over a month after we moved out."
"Apartments From Hell - Since the new managers took over everything good that was done has now been undone. They will let anyone move in to make a profit now. The new managers do nothing and seem to be inexperienced. The police are there so often that they keep saying they're tired of coming. Fights, drugs and drunks, car thefts, children running rampant with foul mouths and peaking in windows, just about anything you can think of is allowed to go on there now. Last weekend, they allowed people who were drunk and high to move their stuff in down on the far end and blare their car horn non-stop, yell and cuss at each other, and wake the entire section up at 2 am beating up someone who came outside! Cops everywhere again. Apparently they don't bother to check new tenants out anymore. Just move in and make it a living hell for all the other tenants. At this rate the whole complex will have to be shut down and labeled a public nuisance. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague."
