"I would move in again- IMMEDIATELY! Living at HST, was the best 2 years we could ask for while being located right in the downtown area. This building is well looked after and the property manager is genuine, friendly and supportive. There are always timely notices about upcoming events, no surprises. There’s sufficient parking (monitored and non-residents are tagged asap). Ease of access to amenities. Secure building entry; never worry about having your packages stolen."

"High Street Terrace used to be a wonderful place to live until the owners hired new property managers and stopped being personally involved. Now, the common areas are dirty, garbage is not collected, cars in the parking lot are broken into on a regular basis because of a lack of security, and the laundry facilities have been closed for a month with no info on when they will open again. Very disappointing."
"Normally businesses who have restricted parking will put a note on your windshield if you violate their parking rules. If you park here for even less than 10 minutes, they will put a huge orange sticker on your window. I have no problem with businesses letting us know not to park somewhere or even posting a fine. They really need to stop vandalizing vehicles over parking. I understand there are rules and do not plan on parking there for any reason, I just think people should know that you are not past vandalizing their vehicles for your own gain. Change your system before you really make someone angry. Some people's cars are worth more than your house. EDIT in response: As I said, if you even bothered to read it, I will not be parking there. But perhaps you can visit the option of putting a paper on windshields instead of vandalizing property. Just some advice, thank."
