"Excellent place to live and the best property management."
"I lived in this complex/housing development for 4 years and 6 months. The current property manager/slumlord Wendi or Wendy. Entered my unit herself or had her maintenence team enter my property without notice and changed the locks on the unit before I had fully vacated the premises. I had paid my prorated rent and I am writing this review during my rights to reside within my unit that I can no longer enter. She has barred me from my belongings and allowing me to fully clean my unit. I paid the prorated rent and 4 days early. She changed the locks on me. I know i repeated that. I am still a tenant inside this unit/complex. Trust me. During my residency, I witnessed plenty of shady issues with the management including her. The biggest one is the rental company tapped into my fuse panel and put a street light in my yard without concent. Along with other tenant's fuse panels. It had become a battle with HER to compensate me for the utility cost of a community light being powered by MY EWEB BILL. Turn away folks. This is not the place or people you want to rent from."
"We have lived at Shasta for over a year, and have no issues the manager fixes any problems in a timely manner. I think most of the bad reviews are bad tenants. If you don't cause any problems, and pay your rent on time it is a nice comfortable place to live."
"I've been living at Shasta park for a few months now. If you pay your rent on time and are a good respectful tenant that everything goes very smooth! The manager has always been very kind, professional and helpful to us. He always comes over when we have a problem and gets it fixed right away!"
"I have NEVER been treated more RUDELY, DISRESPECTFULLY and UNPROFESSIONALLY than I have by the current landlord of Shasta Park in Eugene, OR. 97402 (as of Sep. 2015-2016)!!! On more than one occasion he has approached my spouse and I and other members of my family and spoken to us like we were somehow subhuman. I am in disbelief that someone would be promoted to such a position, who clearly has horrible people skills and NO RESPECT for his fellow human beings and chooses to try to manipulate my family and I through juvenile attempts to intimidate us JUST like a playground bully! I find this man's behavior completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention, unwarranted."
