"DO NOT LIVE HERE. First off the apartments are old and smelly. They have cheap carpet that rips up when you vacuum it. Mold everywhere. There is NO PARKING. And only about 75% of the parking is clearly labeled. Some spots are marked visitor AND with a number, so you might get towed! Residents park in visitor parking and there is NO PLACE for any guest to park. Dog poop everywhere. The apartments are so old I can hear conversations of my down stairs neighbors, and they bang on the ceiling when I am walking and doing laundry. Absolutely horrible. Can’t wait to leave. Oh and I tried to address any concerns with the manager, and they just hang up on you!"

"Have lived at these apartments for 5 years and recently transferred to a larger apartment, management and Nikole Safarov were both absolutely amazing during this entire process and were very accommodating. Every time I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved quickly and to a high standard. The area is amazing and the place is quiet with lots of amenities. I couldn’t recommend this complex enough."

"Do not move here. Insect problem, black mold everywhere, maintenance is completely unreliable and does not fix any problems but just sugar coats things. We decided to break our lease because of how horrible it was and they completely scammed us into paying for wear and tear. The manager and I talked once then he never called me back or emailed be back after 5 weeks. The receptionist are horrible and have dreadful attitudes, and horrible costumer service. If it wasn’t so expensive , I would take them to court. Unlivable, unsafe, parking is horrible, may be cheap but you are getting what you pay for. Please do not move here. especially if you have a family, the black mold and insect problem, we are clean freaks and had bugs crawling on us at night. We put in a maintenance request 3x and they closed all tickets we put in without contacting us or fixing the problem."

"Lived here several years ago. The management was (and I’m sure still is) Avenue 5. Mike was the property/leasing manager at the time. Seemed nice at first then did a complete 180. There were countless issues with management, maintenance, amenities and the community. The other comments cover that pretty well. We stayed a year- when our lease was up we had to pay late to compensate for moving costs we informed them we would pay on the deadline- they still went through with attempting to evict us after we paid and moved out. We were informed by tenant that still lived there that Mike was no longer employed there. He showed up at my current apartment and lasted less than a month. It’s clear issues persistent due to careless ownership and incompetent management company."
