"I've been at Timber Creek Village for a year now and have been waiting to post so I knew what I was actually talking about, our apartment manager Sunny keeps this place amazing as well as always clean and always feels like home. We had to use the after hours maintenance 1 time in 1 year and that was lastnight the support was amazing and they were out and had our problems fix in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Timber Creek Village yo anyone who wants a Nice and clean and great community to call home!!!"
"I have lived here for 3 years. I admit I first moved in because it was cheap, in a pretty enough location and I had friends who already lived here. For the first year it was not so bad. I liked the managers who were friendly and helpful. I liked my neighbors who were all long time residents and I liked the price of the rent. Then things started to change. We had new managers. The notices started to come. Every week it was something different. Nothing was allowed on the decks. Constant notices about keeping your dogs on their leashes. Something about watching your kids, picking up your garbage, etc. All good advice, but they were coming every week. No one could ever get ahold of the manager. We were not sure when the notes were being delivered since no one saw them. They would not be there when there hours were posted and only some times called you back (still awaiting a call back from when I locked myself out of my apartment over a year ago). Things took 2 months or more to be fixed (if not longer). The constant move in/out of people became the norm. The apartment across from me has seen 6 different people in the 3 years I have been here. The last of the long term people around me is finally moving on. These people have been here for 10+ years and can not stand it any longer. The fees started to go up. I understand that rent gets raised, but the older woman who lived under me was told her $45 increase was due to water. This is on top of whatever she was paying for water before! So She moved out. It was no longer becoming a good deal. The construction work started with the painting and the repaving of the parking lot. All good things, but sometimes we would get a notice and other times we wouldn't. I had no idea they were painting my building and the painters were forced to move stuff off of balconies. It was such an unorganized mess. Also in repainting they had to tear down some of the siding which revealed what we all knew was already there (BLACK MOLD). Currently they are repaving so no one can park in the lot for 3 days. Why not do it in sections? I understand they are trying to become competitive with the other newer apartments, but instead of these superficial bandaids they ought to work on providing better service fixing the insides of the apartments fixing the mold issue as well as the bug problems (a lot of places are having a problem with ants. I have been lucky and my building has not had an issue but several of the other building have),, and putting in a kid area (there are a lot of kids here). I will say though, on the plus sides its nice to be up against trees and no one throws parties."
