"This apartment complex is a joke, besides the year minimum wait time to even be a thought in somebody's head to move in, they change your rent every year, they are quick (max 2 weeks ) to get you in to do a recertification when it comes to them raising your rent but when you or the person you live with loses their job and you need to do a recertification they will take as long as possible to get back to you. Example they raised our rent by almost double per month when my wife got her job and it only took them a week and a half but when she lost her job we've been waiting to hear back from them for almost 2 and a half months now, even though we already turned in our papers that they wanted. Were living with three kids, Me and my wife on just my income and have been paying the same amount of rent as if she had a job for 2 months now about to go on three. Not trying to get a pity party here but I haven't had money to keep food in my house because of this bullcrap situation."
