"We have lived here for a few years. Jensen, Eduardo, Abby, Joe, Matt, as well as previous staff that included Heather, listen and are attentive to resident concerns. Maintenance is on top of repairs as needed and these are usually taken care off within a day of notification. The apartments are spacious and have natural light, and nice views. The amenities are great, including pool, exercise room, party room that can be rented. There’s daycare and a small convenience store on the ground floor of the main building. If you’re looking for a nice apartment, check out Domaine at Villebois."
"Overall, good. I lived in residence for about a year and had a mostly good experience. The front office staff is helpful and while sometimes things that are out of their hands take a while (more of a company processing/operations issue) the employees themselves at the space I feel are doing their best. Eduardo and Jensen are very helpful and happy to have them as part of the new management team. The maintenance team can be hit or miss and understandable that they are short staffed but the issues I have with them aren’t due to staffing: 1. We had a large ice storm recently and walking down three flights of stairs with 1-2 dogs to take them potty, it was hard and impossible some days because sidewalks weren’t iced. I put in a work order ticket only to have it marked as “completed” when side walks were never de-iced around apartments. I slipped and fell just trying to take them to the bathroom and that was WITH proper footwear. I talked to the office about it and was assured we’d get de-iced but nothing ever happened. A fail here (big one considering residence were trapped in their houses for 2-3 days). 2. Dog poop trash cans, while it got better as I was leaving this was a continued problem. Often times having to talk to the office or put in a work order to get them emptied. Grounds keepers being lazy or missing entirely. 3. Trash on property was also not to my standard. People abuse the valet living trash service and don’t properly bag or bin their trash. Leaving the breeze ways disgusting and dirty. This is especially a problem in the summer as the smell of hot baked trash in the breeze ways is enough to make you hold your breath till you get into the car. Would still recommend the place with the caveat of the above issues."
"Update: I received a response to contact customer service via email/call. I did 2/28, was told I'd receive a response in 48 hours, and I have not heard back. However, I did receive my owed lease break fee balance. I guess they're at least on top of collecting their money. Just don't care when you're residing there and in a LIFE THREATENING situation I guess. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This company cares far more about a few $s than it does about it's resident's SAFETY. Soon after I moved here, I was a victim of stalking by a group of people. I explicitly notified management of all of the details accompanied by police reports and discussion I had with the chief of police. I literally had to disappear myself (I'll withhold the complex disastrous process of what actually disappearing yourself as a means to not be followed or found again for my own safety). Despite awareness, they didn't assist me in my safety, move out process, or key return. They actually hindered the process by taking weeks after notification to even respond to me about my safety concerns. I paid for rent for 3.5 weeks after a friend rescued me from a dangerous situation as they would not assist in any way or even respond to my complaints. They then told me they "cannot waive the lease break fee" essentially because I could not provide enough "proof to corroborate my story." I have a perfect rental history, credit score, and literally disappeared myself for my own safety and they had the audacity to tell me the few $s for a lease break was unable to be waived after my life was turned upside down."
"The location is what sold me but the team is what has impressed me the most. You are tucked away in a cute neighborhood but easy access to everything. They have food carts every Friday and I love neighborhood area right across the street. The office staff is always so nice when I have a question and maintenance is prompt and reliable."
"Not the place for people with small kids! Since the day I moved in, my upstairs neighbor has been consistently loud until 2 am every night. Dog barking, moving furniture, manic cleaning ONLY between 11 pm- 2 am. The floors are really loud if you’re on the bottom floor so this has been an extremely unpleasant experience. I should add- I really like the front desk staff (that’s why I didn’t leave 1 star). The intake gentlemen were so nice and the office manager is also very pleasant and easy to work with. Though the quality of my stay hasn’t been great, it is certainly not associated with my management experience."
