"If you are looking for a complex with good management DON’T MOVE HERE! The apartments are nice but the management is incompetent and unprofessional! I’ve lived here for 8 months and have had one incident after another with the management. I had my car towed when is was not supposed to be towed and the manager took no responsibility for her negligence . Because of her lies telling me she was working with the company to get the car back I ended up losing the car and having to pay hundreds of dollars and the car ended up going to auction. The latest incident is a leak in the roof. The roofing company told me that the roof had not been maintained and that is what caused the leak . It took the complex over a month to “fix” it. ( see attached pictures) The pictures don’t even capture how terrible it looks. I asked the manager to come look at the terrible patch work that had been done. When Rebecca came to my apartment she immediately had an attitude with me and told me that the leaking ceiling was just normal “ “wear and tear “ of an apartment and that was the BEST the ceiling could be fixed. The paint or the spackle don’t even match the existing ceiling. She continuously dismissed my concerns and frustration and walked away in the middle of the conversation SLAMMING my door as she left. I sent a follow up maintenance request to have the ceiling repaired as it was when I moved in. Rebecca the manager responded two days later telling me that they were NOT going to do anything else to fix the ceiling properly ."

"Pretty good place! Though theres many snakes and centipides. Ive been living here for 3 years and from what ive seen dont get an apartment thats up on the hills if you plan on making your child take the bus! They have to walk all the way up but if you dont have a choice then theres a little shortcut with stairs on the sidewalk next to the back side of the pool!"

"I've lived here for 3 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Their prices are great and don't fluctuate a lot. It's right behind a great Costco with direct connectivity to I5. The staff have always been very helpful and they take care of A LOT of residents. I've always been treated with respect and courtesy. I wish life events didn't force me to move away. I'll miss this place and I'll be forever grateful for the great quality of life this complex has given me."

"Great neighborhood. The staff is nice and attentive. It is very pet friendly. Pricing is high, but it's getting like that everywhere. I feel I got more for my dollar here than I would at other places. I can't really think of any complaints. Will update this review as I stay here. Update: We left to move into a house. The moving out process went well. No unexpected charges. They held on to some packages accidentally delivered to the old address, so I can pick them up. Overall, our stay here was great."
