Lush Cosmetics Bridgeport Village

"Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE LUSH products with a passion. Sadly, the customer experience has gone downhill a bit. One of the things LUSH has always been known for is providing small samples of products with your orders. Well, despite spending a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money at this location last time I went, NO SAMPLES!!!! What the hell?? Is this a new policy that only online orders get samples? Seems to be the only time they include them."

"I had an absolutely amazing experience with Lush Cosmetics! From the moment I stepped into their store, I was greeted by a delightful array of colors and enticing scents. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect products for a present. I am always impressed with their commitment to using ethically sourced, cruelty-free ingredients. P.S. @Lush - Please add a rewards program! If I knew every 10th bath bomb was free or somthing like that I would totally Love it. Keep crushing it!"

"Your sales staff ruined Lush for my son. He loved visiting, getting the bath bombs, and smelling all the soaps. Shouting "we're closed" at my younger son when he opened the door isn't acceptable. You could have locked the door, had a clear "closed" sign, or used kinder language. Shouting at a kid is a dumb move. It left him upset and it was uncalled for. The sales people can be super pushy at times and I find this gives a bit of that car dealership experience at a soap shop and it just is awkward at best. I dealt with it because my kids loved visiting. No more. I won't be coming to the Bridgeport store anymore. It's a shame, but I guess the silver lining is that I'll be saving money."
