"I overheard the manager and an associate talking about an associate testing positive for corona... yet nothing was doing for the employees nor the store in regards to the safety of the public... I’m retracting the one star to ZERO STARS... like someone tested positive close the store and do some cleaning don’t just keep business going and sweep the case under the rug... I already reported it to the CDC and am now letting everyone know to be safe and definitely don’t recommend anyone to go shopping here"

"I had the worst experience because I was trying on jeans and the sensor was not put on right. When I was removing the jeans the back needle of the sensor left a deep cut on my thigh and I couldn’t stop the bleeding. I went to go let someone know what had happened and they refused to do anything about it. The only reason I said something was because I don’t want that to happen to someone else since the cut was very deep and that can be very dangerous. Then I over heard the employees say that one of the sensors had already fallen off another clothing item. So my thought was that they needed to check the sensors and see is they were put on right before anyone got hurt. When I was checking out the employees were very rude and practically ignored me and thought I wasn’t being serious as my jacket was stained with blood from the incident."

"Not my kind of place. There were more employees than customers in the store but none of them were very friendly. They all seem to be engaged in conversations with each other. The most positive part about my experience was getting back extra store credit when doing an exchange oh, but that probably won't happen to everybody."

"I love their clothes n everything, but the staff were unhelpful n just rude. That’s why I prefer shopping online at Hollister when there are sales. It’s much better than being at the store in person."

"I get a lot of my clothes from here, I got many tops and some Jean's. I almost always get my Jean's here. They are so comfortable and so cute. I love them. I also got multiple tops, and their clothes are always in season and so cute. It's not too expensive for most things. But can be pretty spendy if you look at the right areas. But this place is great"
