Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown-Seattle

"Stayed here for business. The hotel was quiet and the rooms are nice. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to having to pay to self park my rental vehicle in the parking lot for $13/night. With hotel prices as they are, it would be nice not to have to pay to self park your vehicle in the already there parking lot. Ridiculous."

"The stay was going great until the housekeeping tried to enter without announcing themselves. And they didn't even apologize. they just quickly left without any explanation. Felt very unsafe when someone knocks once and then tries to enter. Do Not Disturb sign was displayed. I'm very glad I had put up the security latch. When I went to look at who just tried to break into my room, I just saw who I assumed was housekeeping walking down the hall. It was someone who had a key card to the room, so I assume it was housekeeping."

"PET OWNERS, be aware that the pet fee is now charged PER NIGHT! The pet policy verbiage on the hotel website does NOT clearly state that the fee is per night. I pointed this out to a hotel representative over the phone but they didn't care. This used to be my go-to place to stay in Bellevue with my dogs because the pet fee was a flat rate, but it seems they've recently changed their policy and didn't bother to update the website details. Additionally, the room I stayed in (318) had stains on the carpet, a torn shower curtain, and a broket faucet handle. Also the walls seemed to be quite thin as I could hear the person in the adjacent room talking on the phone at midnight even with my earplugs in. There were also blood stains on the ground near the east stairwell entrance. The location is good, but unfortunately I will have to look for a different option next time I stay in Bellevue."

"Nice hotel with big rooms and rooms have very nice decor. TV a bit small for the current times and bed a little bit too firm. Hotel has a pool but no jacuzzi nor sauna. The breakfast was good and hotel solid built and well looked after. Good location with Target and shopping across the street and downtown was 20 min walk away. For the price point it’s a nice hotel but not quite a 5 star as needs some improvement."

"I travel to the Seattle area every other week, and stay At Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue. The location is great, and opposite to traffic. The rooms are good and clean. The housekeeping staff are great at what they do. Always smiling and providing assistance. The rates are fair for the area and provide for needed parking. I will continue to use this hotel for the near future."
