"This place has been getting worse and worse, I have trying the make a comprehensive exam for my cats in the past an year and half, somehow my appointment is always got canceled at the very last second. I was really understanding at the beginning, the whole word is going through the shortage for staff issues. But now is getting ridicules, I have been paying my memberships for the past an year and half and unable to use any of the benefits that I paid for. Just a friendly reminder for who want to join their membership, don’t waste your money here. It’s better to get a pet insurance and connect with your local professional pet hospital who actually care about pet. Follow up after called customer service to cancel my plan, I have canceled my plan with no penalty. But I had to argue with the guy and tell him how frustrating I am. They didn’t even offer any refund at all. So disappointed."

"I was charged for my pet even though I've set its subscription to not-renew, because their auto-renew policy is like a joke. I've been able to set to not-renew on one of my pets online, on the website it also asked me if I'd like to keep or not renew for my other pet too. I set it to not-renew for the new period for my other pet as well. Got a confirmation letter for only one, but since I put the update statements on one transaction so I assumed my other pet was also set to not-renew when I got the confirmation to one of them. They had the audacity to call me now to ask for payment. I then replied them sounds like you guys actually owe me for the previous month that gone through, they replied "you had to call us, that's in your contract". If that's true, then how the hell was I even able to get my other pet's subscription to not-renew online? My pets' experience there is completely another story. One of them has developed a kidney disease under their supervision and years of subscription to their "amazing" veterinarians, at just 5 years old. I'm so glad I don't work with them anymore. I hope you consider twice before going with this subpar quality veterinary chain for your pets as well."
