"My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue was great! The hotel staff was excellent, especially Teni who went above and beyond in extending a warm, welcoming stay prioritizing the guest experience. The only opportunities I saw during my stay were the comfort of the mattresses and pillows as well as placement of hooks in the bathroom for towels upon exiting the shower."

"Great location, great rooms, great staff! As a hotel employee myself, I appreciate the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue for accommodating me and being so guest oriented. I was here for work meetings and they gave me some great recommendations of things to do around Bellevue. The rooms are nice and modern, many amenities offered by the hotel, and you can’t beat the location! Special thank you to Anita? at the front desk… Not sure if that’s how it’s spelled but she was stellar!"

"Do not stay here under any circumstance. In over 23 years of being a Hilton Honors Member and 10+ as a Lifetime Diamond Member I have never left a review online of any property. When there have been issues in the past the local management teams have always worked things out. This property charged me double the rate I reserved and they have been completely non responsive in trying to resolve it. I tried calling multiple time and no one would even answer the phones. I contacted the Hilton Diamond Desk and they also could not reach the hotel directly and asked that I wait 3-5 business days for a response. After a week, I emailed again and the Diamond Desk response was that the local property told them they would be reaching out to me and to give them another 72 hours. Still nothing. This property was not worth the $240/night I booked, let alone double that for the second night they charged me for. I will never stay here again. Complete lack of basic customer service let alone fraud."

"EV drivers, beware! Tried using three of the five chargers in the parking structure and none of them worked. Talked to company providing service and they couldn’t get them to work remotely either. I recommended to staff that they install Tesla destination chargers that are Much more reliable and will work with many other EV manufacturers later this year. Hotel was very nice and clean. Gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and responsive."

"During check-in, the front desk staff was great. We booked a room with 4 people, but only 3 sets of towels were provided. I had to request another bath towel. The pool was very cold and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning, a sign would've been helpful. When I told the front desk the jets weren't functioning, they knew and just confirmed what I said. No mention of repair or anything. I did notice there was equipment set up for those wheelchair-bound, so that's nice they are inclusive. Housekeeping came to tidy the room on our 3rd day, they don't come everyday and again left only 3 sets of towels. I had to request another towel. This seemed ridiculous at this point. But the staff member who brought it to the room was very nice and polite. We noticed there were used wine glasses in the hallway at a room a few doors down during our entire stay of 3 nights. I guess housekeeping doesn't pick up the dishes? The gym was nice and had adequate equipment for workouts. It was nice to have laundry on premises too. Due to low occupancy, the restaurant was closed, but that was fine because there are many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The staff is always cleaning the lobby, wiping down surface and mopping, which is much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. I'm not sure I would stay there again. The bed was saggy and very bouncy and I could hear the person in room above us walking, which leads me to believe if the hotel had high occupancy, it would be noisy. I realize this review isn't very positive, but I do want to emphasize that all the staff interaction we had was great. They were all very nice and professional."
