"Great location. Nearby to several restaurants. Pillows were bad. I didn't sleep 3 nights I was there. Room didn't have toothpaste/toothbrush/shaving cream/razor. You have to go down to the lobby and ask for it."

"I stay at Marriotts often, as I travel for work. This by far was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Marriott. At check in requested additional pillows and blankets, due to having an extra child that was going to sleep on the couch, after a few hours we had still not received them. We went downstairs and asked for them again, at this point we are told they are out and have none. Fast forward we take the kids swimming, we are done and walking to the elevator ( not in the pool area, outside of the pool area on the tile floor in the hallway) I have a very bad fall/slip due to water. When I finally got up and got to the room I called and told them what happened and asked for ibuprofen and was told they only had tylenol. I said that is fine, I will take that ( not at any point did that person ask if I was ok) someone called back and said " do you need medical attention" I said not at this point, that person did not ask if I was ok or needed anything. I go downstairs and bring up the blanket and pillows again, the manager stated he will go find some for us and i explain how not one person has asked if I am ok from my fall/slip, he still does not ask. Somehow the manager found pillows and blankets and he gives me 10,000 points for the inconvenience. Within a day or 2 I get a very generic email from the manager Irina, who clearly doesn't care after I tell her of my experience. I finally stopped replying to her, as why continue to interact with someone who does care not. I will continue to stay at Marriotts, because most have amazing service BUT the Westin is 100% off my stay list. The cost of the hotel stay, you would think service would be top notch and it was far from it."

"For a high end hotel in Bellevue, this place needs work. The walls are very thin and we enjoyed hearing our next door neighbors drinking and having a blast until 12:30am. But the worst part is the hot tub, which looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple years. The green foam floating on top was really not inviting. With that said, the staff was very nice but that was about the best quality of the hotel."

"Nice place, friendly staff. The rooms smell amazing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was large and nicely appointed. Pool was overrun by screaming children, though, and walls are PAPER thin. Had families with screaming kids in the rooms on either side of us. Also, someone tried to open our door in the late evening, but we were both still awake and had the security latch closed. The location is very central, but parking was ridiculously expensive. Probably will never stay here again."

"Great hotel to stay at in Bellevue downtown. It is right across the Bellevue square so the location is perfect. There is a comprehensive gym on premise. The swimming pool is huge. It is supposed to be a heated one. The water was a little colder than I prefer. I stayed in November 2023."
