"It doesn’t take a lot to see how much the team at Jax cares for the dogs. They have systems in place for every scenario and are very communicative when anything (whether good or bad) arises. The team members bring their own pups to work so the environment is more of a big family than anything and paying customers can rest assure their dogs are being treated with the same care and love. At pick-up, a kind friendly face always comes out to give a brief summary of the day your fur child had! What a touch of great customer service especially after covid. I don’t see how anyone could give this place a bad review knowing how much Ashley (the manager) and her team care about the pups and it shows! Thank you Jax for giving my little baby the ability to make friends, play, and have an overall amazing experience every day she’s there! PS: their outdoor space is great too! It’s the length of the building and the pups can just play and run around in a safe fenced in area completely supervised. Isn’t it amazing the team at Jax does all this work for us and spoil our babies rotten?"

"We love Jax!! We've taken our dog Barry here for daycare several times and he just did his first overnight and he LOVED it. He was hesitant the first few times we took him for daycare but he warmed up and now wants to go back. The staff is always very courteous and the animals are obviously well cared for. Best part: I just found out they post pictures to their Facebook page and I found this great picture from a few months back!"
