"I gave instructions both verbal and written on how to take care of my dog (basic feeding instructions) and they were not even met at all. I know this because I provided my dog's favorite bowl and provided my own gallon crystal geyser bottled water that my dog can accept without a tummy ache/diarrhea (to mix with food). The remaining amount of water was still at the same level after three nights stay which my dog needed to be fed 5 times in total. My dog's bowl was not even touched, it was left exactly how I had washed and wrapped it. When I picked my dog up, I was told he had a bit of diarrhea in the morning and my dog seemed off this time around when I had him stay over. My dog stayed three nights from Friday night Feb 16 2024 to Monday morning Feb 19 2024. Never again will I trust or recommend this Petsmart at Bellevue WA next to the H-Mart. Inconsiderate and unprofessional staff that don't even care about dogs."

"Took my puppy for his first groom today...never again...they destroyed his poor nails, his paws look they were groomed by a 5 y.o... I'm actually not sure if that lady has any experience at all because I think my pup's traumatized :("

"I came to this store to supplement my goldfish. The staff here were very helpful and even offered a warranty, which is a nice touch. While I won't be returning the fish or requesting replacements lol I appreciate the customer service."

"This store has really great employees who really care about pets. I have been bringing my dog Kira to Doggie Daycamp and boarding for a year and she is always so happy to come and greet the staff. Sometimes I think she loves them more than me so I know she gets fantastic care at this location!"
