"Overall everything was good and clean. Rates were very affordable, and the location very convenient for my needs. My only real complaint was very situational in that there seemed to be a domestic dispute going on in one of the rooms near me. However, at the point at where this had escalated beyond some minor noise, I believe management and/or authorities got involved and things quieted back down quickly, so overall only a minor late night noise disturbance."

"Conveniently located next to a bunch of Microsoft offices for those of you who work there. Otherwise there's a ton of food and shopping within walking distance. The rooms were clean, the staff was okay Most days. I did have a few issues with them. The rooms have a full kitchen and bathroom with fridge and countertop and dishes. They also offer a desk and TV"

"The staff repeatedly lied to me about the pet fee. I called before I booked and asked specifically about the pet fee -- they lied, telling me it was much lower than it actually was. When I checked in, they lied again, quoting me the same inaccurate rate for the pet fee. They waited until I had already stayed a week to tell me the actual pet fee, when it was too late for me to do anything about it. When I asked them to honor their earlier inaccurate quotes, they refused. Very deceptive -- I'd have stayed somewhere else if they had been truthful when I twice inquired about the pet fee. The room was filthy -- floors sticky, bathtub scummy, as if they had never been cleaned. They also sold the room as having a "kitchen" -- but considering that there was no oven and literally only 2-3 inches of counter space, it stretches the limits of plausibility to call what they offer a kitchen. I'd have gotten a better deal and an equally functional room staying at a cheap motel -- and probably more cleanliness, and certainly more honest staff. I will never stay at this chain again."

"I don’t usually write reviews on anything, let alone a negative one. However, I must warn the public that the people who work here are the worst kind of trash that you should avoid. When I arrived to check in with a reservation, one of the housekeepers told me that I couldn’t park in a free parking space on the hotel lot. I asked him why, and he said it’s for hotel guests only. I said that I had a reservation and that I was needing to check in. He then said that I still couldn’t park there. I asked where I should park instead and he just kept saying I couldn’t park there unless I was a guest. I said that he should go talk to the manager about it and to leave me alone. He persisted in giving me wrong directives, and I said that he shouldn’t be telling me what to do, and to leave me alone. Then he made a verbal threat against me and my daughter saying “you better hope I don’t have to come help you.” This is the house keeper! Then I went to check in with the manager and make a complaint on the housekeeper. I was irate and expressed my resentment of the way my child and I were just rudely threatened by a member of his staff. Instead of reprimanding his employee, and validating our concerns for our safety, he instead canceled our reservation and kicked us out of the hotel because he said that we were too impolite for him because we were distressed that we were threatened. It’s probably not good for someone so thin-skinned to be the manager of a hotel. This place sounds like trash from the other reviews I have read, and that makes sense because the people who are in charge of this operation are trash too. Luckily, I found much better accommodations immediately after this incident, and am happy to pay a little bit more for much better quality people and rooms to their local competitor."
