"The level of compassion,  knowledge, and communication is first class. From the front office on back everyone has been wonderful. My Yorkie's surgeon is Dr. Bennett, and during our consultation he explained her condition in an entirely different way than we previously understood. There was clarity, and he covered everything in such detail I couldn't think of additional questions to ask. He sat on the floor to play with her while he did the physical exam, and I'm not sure she even noticed. Her second surgery will be in a couple months, and while there will be plenty of anxiety, I know we'll be supported every step of the way. In addition to Dr. Bennett, we worked with Kaitlyn, Ellie, Gianna, Jenny, Ann, Heather, and Amber. I know there were many more people who cared for Soleil, but those were the kind souls we had contact with, and they were all outstanding. Our primary Veternarian said this was where we needed to be, and he was right. I can't recommend them enough. *Ann was so kind to find us a blanket for the car ride home."

Another thing that stood out is that the staff there treated our boy Hank like he was one of their own and that is much appreciated when a member of your family is getting a major surgery! They took the time to answer all of our questions and everyone was super nice. They were able to take us in for a consult and accommodate us for immediate surgery that our pup needed. "I should have written this review long ago! My 3 year old Husky Lab needed TPLO surgery and the staff and surgeons at ASOC were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were very transparent and communicative which was really important to me since Covid precautions were in place at the time and I couldn't go inside. It was so reassuring knowing he was in great hands. My dog healed really well and after following the at-home rehab regimen he was back to his normal self in about 3.5 months.
