"Really awful while they are changing this store. Specially Lisa. She is extremely rude to customers. Extremely. Very unhelpful. And I wish it was just today. No. I go to this store like 4 or 5 times a week. I know all of the staff. Lisa is specially horrible. No matter what it is, it's the customers fault. She is exacerbated all the time. Everything is too much. Getting a pack of smokes, asking where something is located, checking ID, having to put someone on break, cashing ANYONE out. God forbid she has to cash a check or do a refund. This gremlin is out to ruin your day. She agreed that she didn't know where the pedalyte was, like I wasn't the only person asking for it, and she still hasn't taken the time to find it. She is just atrocious. It bothers me so much she makes any money at all. Compared to literally every single staff member in that store (except Starbucks, starbucks is awfull too except jessica) Lisa is a dud. A poor excuse for a human, and even worse as an employee supposed to deal with customer relations."

"I was not impressed with the deli they had no dipping sauce for the chicken tenders or JoJo's.All they had was ketchup and taco sauce packets . That's what the guy behind the counter gave me for my chicken and JoJo's. When I asked for bar b que he said they never have bar b que or honey mustard or thousand Island . I had to buy my own sauce that I grabbed from the condiment isle. They need someone to manage the deli better because their system that they have now is bad for business ."

"I was thinking about transferring my RXs to the pharmacy here since my old pharmacy is now out of network with my insurance. Don’t waste your time, they can’t be bothered to answer their phones, and Safeway’s front desk customer service told me “they’re a separate entity and we can’t tell them people are calling or transfer to them”. Ok, I’ll take my business to somewhere that allows communication. I figured it was a fluke when one of the pharmacy staff were rude about an OTC question about a year ago, nope, apparently that is standard operating procedure here. Gatekeeping basic communication with patients isn’t the way to earn new customers! And if you think I’m too dumb to decide for myself when I need to speak to a person or not, then I think your company is too dumb to earn my business."

"Safeway has squandered. The customer service attitudes have diminished to "whatever take it or leave it, the deli people struggle to serve what amount is requested on the scale, and management is MIA. My guess management is working bankers hours after figuring out how to price quogue the public all day. There is no pandemic reason for the overly inflated prices at Safeway; I have proof : Safeway prices are the yellow Winco a nearby competitor is the white one , i.e Mission products 3.49 at Safeway same product at Winco 1.38. It ought to be a law against what Safeway and many other corporations are doing to the American Public."
