"Very Disappointing Experience-- One of the receptionists (with the dark curly hair) was very unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. At every other vet clinic, the front desk folks get excited to see my precious pet. She was not amused or amiable. The other receptionist was friendly. I think they should've given him the shots after the grooming. They have him multiple shots and then couldn't complete the grooming services because he was already freaked out by the painful injections. Not sure why they did in that order. I had questions about the shots, and felt rushed into them even though I told nurse I had questions. On a positive note, the nurse was very nice and she went the extra mile overall. The items the Dr. recommended were listed as a link on the receipt. I am not going to type out some long link. I thought the items would be listed by name for my ease. I didn't even see them at first. The not friendly receptionist, defensively, talked behind my back after I couldn't find the items on the receipt. Unprofessional, and not a good vibe. I had difficulty with the Cascade Pharmacy Order. They didn't sent the 20% coupon until days after the appointment, after I already made the order for supplies--at full price. :( I still have not gotten a response from the questions I sent about my prescription being denied. I have sent multiple emails at this point as well as a voicemail. It's been three days. I nicely shared feedback privately, however the manager had poor communication skills and was rude and belittling. I would hope that feedback would be appreciated, and that they would also be wanting to improve customer experience, however I got a defensive attitude for example making the patient wrong ie. 'we have never had complaints before." This kind of statement puts the blame on the patient as though I am having a unique experience rather than self-reflection and taking accountability. I did not need a response at all in regard to the survey that they requested I complete but was more doing it as a favor to the practice in hopes that they might benefit and improve. It seems however that your practice does not have a growth mindset nor one of patient respect which is very disappointing. I tried to graciously handle this internally, however as rude as the manager was to me when I completed internal survey they requested I fill out-- I felt I needed to share in this public forum so that other people can be warned of my experience. The customer care has been very disappointing, as well as lacking in professional and caring communication skills. Don't punish or be rude to clients when they take time out of day to generously and honestly respond to survey questions you requested that I take. Treat your paying clients with respect, appreciation and gratitude."
"I took my pet cat in to see Dr. Taylor at Cascade Pet Hospital for a second opinion. She had some good ideas about chronic problems and had a gentle, calming approach with my cat. I really appreciated that she is honest, proactive and thinks outside the box. I found the support staff to be caring and compassionate. I would definitely take my cat back to Cascade Pet Hospital and highly recommend it. ."

Now we bring our puppy and she absolutely loves the staff!! ❤️ They are thorough, attentive, reasonably priced, and they will love your animal like you do."
"i don't think there will ever be another vet like dr.taylor. she cares about the small things, and she'll make silly notes about your cats underbite and his short fuse. she cares about the big things, and you'll feel that. she'll accommodate all your cats quirks, and she'll appreciate them. if you're looking for someone to really listen and go above and beyond for your kitty, then i truly hope you take them to dr.taylor. even my cat, who didn't like anyone, kind of liked her. and that's saying something."
"This pet hospital is amazing and affordable!! The staff clearly love animals and they are incredibly kind and professional. They talk you through everything and allow you to sit with your pet while they check on them, I was even offered a complimentary appointment just because they wanted to make sure my kitty was okay. The environment is calming and soft and it is a proper soothing atmosphere for healing and care! I can’t describe how relieved, happy, and grateful I am for this pet hospital and the staff!!! thank you!!"
