"We had and ER visit for our cat’s respiratory issue a few months ago and this was handled with kindness and efficiency. More recently we brought our cat back for a different issue that was more serious and required hospitalization and several diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. We are medical professionals and our vet team of intensivists and internists (Dr Khoo) kept us well informed of their medical decision making which was reasonable and sensible the whole time. When the results made it clear there was no chance of turning the process around they helped set us up for the best possible return home for our cat to die peacefully in the only home she ever knew."

"Kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My cat decided to eat a little more food than she should have and got quite a bit of a distended stomach. They were quick to see her when I brought her in the middle of the night, and also chose a more conservative route for treatment which I appreciated instead of having her stay over night (X-rays, fluids, and anti- nausea). I do wish I got to be in triage with her rather than wait away from her, but I also am understanding of why they don’t have things set up that way here. Would recommend for anyone experiencing a pet emergency!"

"We love Dr Spry and her team at internal med. We had to bring our cat Delilah in to find out why she had high blood pressure and found Dr Spry to very personable and kind. Unfortunately it turns out some cats are idiopathic in that sense but she gave us a clear path forward. She's very empathetic and explained everything clearly to us. Shes also very good at putting things in layman's terms. She was also very sympathetic to our other pet dog who was experiencing symptoms of a nasal tumor. She never examined him (he saw a different vet at another clinic) we were simply chatting about it but she was spot on the money with her diagnosis."

"Dr. Carle and the staff took great care of my little Pom Mr. Gizmo. Their knowledge and expertise in canine oral surgery was top notch. My little Gizmo needed many baby teeth removed and also required the removal of a compacted canine tooth. His other canine needed shortening to avoid it digging into his gum. Needless to say his teeth were a hot mess and Dr. Carle fixed him up perfectly. It wasn't cheap for sure, but her knowledge in oral surgery was worth every penny. Mr. Gizmo will now enjoy a life of happiness and no mouth or teeth pain. THANK YOU!"

"Kasey, Remmy, & Dr Blevins (spellings??) were super great to us, very understanding empathetic listeners and clear communicators. The wait time was quite long, but they have to prioritize the most urgent cases. We just had a busted foot so she got pain meds while she waited her turn."
