"I stay a two months at this hotel front desk people very polite and friendly the rooms very clean beds are very comfortable. Any time I have to travel to Seattle I'm staying at this location. Plus there's a restaurant 5 min way"

"I am giving this place a 5 star as it was clean the bed was comfortable and customer service was excellent. I had a bad day upon arrival was to discover by my own fault that there would be additional deposit required even tho had prepaid on-line. Needless to say I was very upset as I had a specific budget due to was only in Seattle for doctors at the liver cancer clinic. The guy just let me rant and he remained calm. To which fallowing morning I went in and apologized and he was very kind to accept. Definitely will be considering staying here again. And will make sure have deposit in hand. Advice to all booking online make sure check if additional deposit required at check in."

"So the 5 stars are because of the staff and customer service! Check in was amazingly friendly, quick service and easy. Had a couple non emergency service issues which were immediately and properly corrected with friendly, exceptional service. The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and smells fresh. The bed linen was clean and the bed comfy. Great quiet options in the rear if you have work to focus on. Nearby shopping and dining for convenience. Again if customer service is a priority, this would be a great option."

"The room didn't have TV and lamp working, when we checked in. Microwave was dirty and old. I have to talk to 3 different people before someone came over to check. Even the toilet tank broke in the middle of night and I had no choice but to fix it. They took a deposit of $50, supposed to be returned in 3/4 days, but only returned it after I called after 10 days. It's a cheap motel, but at least fix basic things and return the deposit promptly."

"This is a GREAT place to stay in Seattle. It's not far from downtown and is very reasonable priced. The people who run the motel are VERY kind and accommodating. You will not regret staying here. I admit - I was skeptical when I made reservations...but the neighborhood is great, the rooms are very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I'm glad I found them and I will stay there again on my next trip to Seattle. Please do not hesitate to choose Americas Inn and Suite!"
