"I would like to put zero for this place but one star is the lowest, I tried to make an appointment and Every time they said they didnโt receive the referral and the HCP confirmed that the referral sent for more than three times. They keep me on the phone for an hour and later they send me to voicemail that already full. Not serious in their job"
"If you have heart issues stay away from Pulse. We received a referral from our doctor, and called them to make an appointment. We were told the earliest appointment was over 2 months out. After carful looking we were able to find a virtual appointment 2 weeks after the initial referral. After hearing the issues we were having, the cardiologist decided to run an Echocardiogram, a stress test and a heart monitor for a week. All three of the appointments after they were scheduled were canceled and we are still awaiting 2 of them. Which will probably get canceled the day before the appointments . Do yourself a favor and find any other cardiologist practice. Pulse is terrible."
"I am having similar issues. I spent 2 days on a holter monitor. I got the results which are scary but nobody called. Then mychart showed that I had another test. I am going for an echo but nobody called. My providers office was not able to help. Another doctor or provider will not see my to avoid stepping on their toes saying that that only the prescribing doctor can interpret the results. When I finally talked to someone there they said that the order had been made to see me sooner than the scheduled follow up appointment and I should call their scheduling team. When I did they told me the doctor was fully booked and that his scheduler would call me. Still waiting for a call."
"Even though they force us to give 1 star -this place doesn't deserve 1 star. The scheduling is a joke and dealing with these people is a nightmare. I was supposed to have been seen 3 days after my emergency room visit and told they'd be calling. No one ever called. I finally found the right office, was able to make the appointment (a month later at the earliest) which today they called and cancelled on me due to a family emergency. I was prescribed a heart monitor which again - no one has called. I called today to try to reschedule - I can't be fitted with a heart monitor until nearly July. 3 months! The fact that you call, and get passed on to some dumping station that probably isn't even in the same state is a joke. No wonder there are so many reviews about bad communications and scheduling. Don't waste your time with these people - sounds like I dodged a bullet not going here. So disappointed with the entire mess that our so called medical profession has become."
"Scheduled initial appointment, then an issue came up where I had to reschedule due to a schedule conflict on my end. Arrived the morning of the appointment and was told I had no scheduled appointment. I took a look at MyChart, the appointment was there the day before, and the receptionist claimed I called and rescheduled again for an earlier time, but now all of the sudden it was gone. I asked how come it wasn't updated and just deleted? They claim they called to confirm the day before the 'scheduled day' but my logs show no record of this. As I continued to show proof based on my call logs of when appointments where made and when I was contacted, then the receptionist started to get defensive and practically accused me of doctoring my call logs to prove my case. If proper customer care was taught here, the best thing to do would be to apologize for the inconvenience and offer a reschedule, but no, she rather just sit there and defend herself at the cost of the clinic's reputation. Worst experience I've ever had with a clinic."
