"Transportation often doesn’t show and won’t show unless you call them"

"I ran into an unusual situation on my way home. The bus was stopped as you see on the opposite side, kids were leaning out the window and trying to wave me go pass the bus, next the red car approaches and picks up about 4 kiddos one by one. Finally moved forward a few feet that we could turn left while another bus was already waiting behind us. This was a potentially dangerous situation that needs to be addressed. - Transportation called me back to report they talked to the driver and will address such situation in future training. That was much appreciated and changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star - learning from mistakes earns you respect!"
