""This place is undoubtedly the worst I have ever lived in. The constant noise from the massive jumbo jets taking off and landing at SeaTac airport is relentless, causing irritation during the day and frequent disturbances at night. The noise is so loud that it can even harm your hearing. Additionally, the soot from the planes' exhaust negatively impacts both cars and air quality, posing health risks. The management of this place is extremely disappointing. They seem to exploit renters, acting like parasites. Charging each apartment the same utilities as a single-family house feels unfair and unreasonable. Expect to pay an additional $89 for utilities, plus electricity charges, on top of your rent every month. When it's time to move out, they find ways to unfairly keep your deposit and charge exorbitant fees, like the $100 "utilities processing fee." It's disheartening to see such greed from a company making millions every month. The management's lack of presence further shows their disregard for the residents' concerns, possibly due to their inability to tolerate the plane noise even in their office. These apartments are small, dark, old, and poorly maintained, with issues in the kitchen, bathroom, and other areas. Overall, I strongly advise avoiding this place." Management response as to "we are willing to discuss your deposit is just a lip service." They charged us bogus move out fees and reported to collection agency. Instead of refunding our deposit they say pay the collection agency."

"Living in Creekwood Apartments provided easy access to Downtown Des Moines and Highline College, friendly and welcoming management, relaxed laws on being pet-friendly and pet inclusion, and accommodating living situations around the suburbs of Seattle. I really enjoyed Tina’s energy and liveliness in every interaction and the compassion that she shared toward myself and my partner as tenants!"
