"Absolutely foul do not stay there I checked in went right to the shower got out sat down on the end of the bed with the TV remote only to find the TV didn't work started looking for something to watch on my phone and fell asleep woke up about an hour later and actually took a good look around the room to find about a foot and a half round patch if mold on the bottom part of the nightstand and on the front as well the dresser was the same way.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....The night guy who says he is the manager and owner. ( I don't believe him at all) is extremely rude I would give negative stars if I could"

"They were friendly. I was checked in by either a teenager or very young adult. He was very professional. I checked out late due to transportation issues and they were very accommodating. They did not keep my $20 deposit although there is a sign posted stating that either a payment for an extension is needed or vacating the room. I feel it was over priced for the condition of the room. The tile in the bathroom on the floor was coming up. The towels seemed very worn and stained. One towel had a red spot similar to the color of blood so I chose to use it as a rag for the floor after showering. There was a roach close to the size of a dime that ended up getting squished on the wall. The TV had two small cracks on the screen. I could hear my neighbors very clear through the walls. I could also hear on two different occasions people jumping the fence near my room but the window was open. The air conditioner and heater worked well. The refrigerator was missing its shelving. It did not seem like the room was thoroughly cleaned as I found clothes from previous tenants in the drawers. I had someone I did not know knock at my door near 2 or 3 am. On 3 occasions some woman was yelling at the top of her lungs. If you just need a place that is cheap and more than likely will accept your nonsense this is the place for you. If you want comfort as well as security and cleanliness......don't stop here. You will be very disappointed."

"This is like a Motel 6. The front desk staff doesn't smile or make any attempt to seem friendly or welcoming. The room was clean and adequate. The towels you'll find aren't much larger than dish towel and are as thin as a napkin. Bed, pillows, TV, minifridge, and toilet was all fine. The hotel seems and sounded like there 24 hour activity with the guests. All night long you hear coming and going and talking in the hall. I suspect quite a few of the "guests" actually live here. The checkout time is 11a.m., regardless at 10:30am you'll have a lady banging on your door then she yells "You need to be out today, or come pay more"
