"Before you decide to live here just drive by front of side of leasing office and see the bumper . For sure you will damage your car . You have to stop your front tires on bumper and go down slow otherwise no matter how slow you go the bumper will damage your car . These are crazy."

"Management loses paperwork and tows paying resident's car and also blame on the residents abt towing the car without going over any parking rules or giving parking stickers. The most angry I have been with property management in my whole life."

"*IMPORTANT READ* I lived here for 2 years. My car and my roommates car get broken into multiple times. There's no CCTV to catch the culprit for police records. But this kind of experience is out of management control, so I don't blame them for it. The rent is super cheap but it comes with appliances, and interiors falling apart. If you are money savvy and don't care about interior problems, then this will be the right place for you. No washer and dryer in the unit, or use their token laundry that doesn't dry my clothes. There's mold growing everywhere since the apartments are surrounded by greens. And dog owners don't pick up after their pet. 3 STARS is from the management quick to fix maintenance problem. And forgiving from all the noise complaints we receive. Very convenient to Highline college. This place needs A LOT of love and renovation, the community is as dull as it is because of how the management represent themselves. And maybe, just maybe.. If they make better renovations and curb appeal, they can attract more decent people to live here."

"Love living here been here for 2 years now and im beyond happy. The management is friendly and always on top of maintenance. Full of nice families and college kids. Ill be sad when we finally get our own house. Highly recommended this complex."
