"Floors were never carpet shampooed, shiny glassy sticky spots on room given, so much slime and grime on the floors utterly disgusting then blames you for messy room after working long shifts and being tired. only bugs random people they decide to target, doesn’t do housekeeping for guests that ask for it, refuses services to people as said by other tenants because “they don’t know them.” HORRIBLE ant problem. Multiple tenants complained of it. Was given a room that reeked of chemicals, at least they cleaned it but the chemical smell didn’t go away for days. If you work nights you’re screwed, you go by the time they provide you and you can’t negotiate. Been to many motels/hotels cause I travel a lot, never had an experience so bad. Also expecting you to clean every single day when they only do house keeping 2 times a week because they have other rooms, they clearly need extra help since they’re having issues doing room service for other rooms (when you say no to housekeeping because you want to be able to sleep at that time) but it has a decent price"

"Very rude horrible people . They threatened to call the police on me because I was sleeping and they couldn't get in my room to clean it daily. I was sleeping because I worked nights .but good on price. N you cant have company."
