"Alex was very nice. However the property was dirty. There was a lot of bird poop and a bird nest in front of the empty apartment. You literally had to walk on bird poop to get to the door. She said they will pressure wash the poop when the weather gets better and they have to hire a “specialist “ to remove the bids nest. The carpet was dingy and smelled. I asked if the carpet was going to be replaced and was told it was shampooed twice. The kitchen has barely any space for two people. This apartment was a 1 bedroom and renting for $1795 plus water sewer garbage. I rather live in my van."
"I like living here! I was new to the area and was concerned about choosing the wrong neighborhood. But I didn’t go wrong! My 4 instead of 5-start rating is due to the lack of clarity in some processes and the absence of consistent residential impact on procedural issues. Otherwise, maintenance responds in a timely manner, the staff is friendly, and if necessary, I would choose to live here again!"
"I called during business hours and left a voicemail, never got a call back. My boyfriend called twice and finally spoke to an "Andre", set up an appointment to see the available apartment that we wanted the next day. I took a half-day off work so I could make it to that appointment with my boyfriend. We drive up and the leasing office has a sign that says "closed." It's business hours per the sign on the building, it's also our appointed time. 30 minutes passes and nobody ever shows up, but we chat with a maintenance man and he points in a north direction and says he will see if Andre is at the other property. So this management company covers more then one property, that's nothing new. Maintenance man leaves, still nobody shows up. We finally drive around the neighborhood to look at what there is and we find ourselves at another apartment complex and run into the same maintenance man. He says Andre went back to the original property to see us. We rush back there, no, no one is there. I should add that we did call the property numbers more then once and nobody was picking up. Skipping out on an appointment is really bad business. It's poor management and impolite. Also a difficult for folks who are working the same business hours as your supposed "leasing office open hours" although it doesn't seem to be open."
"Haven't had an issue living here. I like that it's pet friendly, conveniently located and has washer and dryer. At least our side of complex is pretty quiet cant speak for everyone. Anytime ive had a maintenance request its been solved quickly. Good enough for us"
"When I signed the lease for this apartment I was told that safety bars could be installed in the second bathroom for my 83 year old mother. Now we are getting a run around trying to get said bars installed. I signed a notice of reasonable accommodation request, it was approved by their corporate office, and now we are being told that we, the renter, have to install the bars. Why would I pay to update and bring your apartment to code? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!! 5/7/19 - The above issue has been rectified and this is actually a very nice apartment community...except for Waste Management not picking up the garbage...it's great."
