"The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm."

"Great community, beautiful homes that are well taken care of. Great maintenance team and the community grounds are well maintained. A little pricey but you definitely pay for what you get and what you get is a lot, in comparison to many other places."

"I just moved out of here and on my last months rent they “accidentally” over charged me 800$ and then when we did the walk through inspection they said the place was in great condition. They then told me that I would not be getting my over payment back and they are charging me more due to having the carpet and vinyl replaced due to pets when I didn’t even have pets. So expect them to get every last penny out of you and get charged for stuff that isn’t even your fault."

"I have lived here at Brookstone at Edgewater for 9 years now. I have had 6 Property Managers and I will say the last 2 which was Cindy and Sue and our Current Property Managers Phil and Ari have been by far the best Property Managers. They are all courteous, professional, compassionate and are always there for their residents. They make Brookstone a place to call home and a place you want to your family to live at. To our Maintenance Staff... They are beyond Exemplary. I applaud them for their hard work, prompt and quick responses to all the maintenance problems the community encounters. I had a light fixture problem and within the hour of reporting it, it was fixed and working again. My Oven Range was damaged and I had just reported it on the Service Request App, and within 5 minutes Jay the Maintenance Supervisor was ringing my doorbell. He did an awesome job. He was very personal, professional and made you feel just like family. Hats off the Jay and his maintenance staff. I would recommend Brookstone to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. "My wife and I have lived here for a few years now and it is a decent place to live. One of the cons of living here include pricey rent increases at the end of your lease. One pro is that the property is beautifully maintained and is always clean. I feel like the cleanliness of the grounds improved under the maintenance supervisor, Josh. Before, there was a lot of dog waste and trash around the community, but that has definitely improved with Josh. Having good maintenance is important, and it's nice that he can be counted on for any and all maintenance needs. Overall, it's a good property!"
