"Apartment is nice but because the gate has never worked and the other exit doesn't have a gate sketchy people come and go. We have had our truck stolen and several people have had cars broken into and/or stolen as well. Management seems friendly but no one ever answers the phone so good luck ever speaking to someone. Maintenance has never been a issue for us."

"Scammed me $50 I requested a tour of the unit but was told to go through the virtual tour online. That it is exactly the same. I thought that was fair and put in an application only to get blocked by a $50 fee. I called and asked if it was ok to charge me after or during the lease signing. They said it couldn’t be and it was part of the process. This didn’t sit right with me but it is what it is. I settled on paying the fee and received a call later saying the unit I was interested in had been leased already. I couldn’t get a refund because that fee came from a third party and they were not responsible. If I were interested in another unit I had to start the process over again and pay the $50 fee."

"Horrible management. Fiance fell on property and the cause has still not been fixed. Took nearly two months to have a broken lock fixed. Rent is raised several times a year, while no property advancements occur. They refuse to answer any emails and the only way you can get a hold of them is if you owe them money. Don't come here unless you want to be gouged on rent, injured on property, and if you have any maintenance issue, they won't let you know if anyone is responding to said problem, or if they are just ignoring it. So expect to be home 24/7 to not miss a single knock on the door. Management changed, and we all thought it was for the better. But they do not care about your well being, and only want to take money that they do not intend on updating apartments with. Avoid at all costs. The Walmart parking lot might be better at this point!"

"This is the worse a place I have ever lived. We step out our back door and it’s ankle deep in raw sewage. The manager knows about it and told us the management companies knows and refuses to fix the issue. We have notified the pierce county health department and scheduled a meeting with them to look at the issue. This is also SUPPOSE to be a non smoking facility yet management allows certain people to smoke in their apartment and then rides others for vaping then gets pussed at those who complain. The rules are for for some and not a others. There is no consistency in the rules what’s so ever. There are far better places to rent from at this place range."

"My Bf and I have been here just under a year and love it! It’s quite, except for the kids playing outside, but can you truly be mad at that? Maintenance has always been so great and friendly. Our neighbors are friendly. Upgrades are really nice! We hope to here for a while! We unfortunately just had a tree drop in the complex, but maintenance was quick and made sure it get cut down safely :) would recommend! They keeps the grounds really clean!"
