"I have lived in this complex twice now. It was a great place years ago but I moved out of state and came back. I must say this time around has not been a good experience since I have been here. I have neighbors that are always loud. Sounds like they are in the room with you while their talking or watching TV. Constant banging on the floor or running back and forth all night until 2 to 3 am. Slamming of doors unfortunately next to my bedroom shaking the bedroom walls. My family and I have to wear earplugs or headphones just to to sleep. I have spoke to the office staff multiple times about this and even called security to be dismissed and told to basically handle it myself. My family and I try to respect our neighbors with noise and we keep to ourselves. I think it's sad that you can't even come home after long day of work to rest and relax. I'm really disappointed that the noise complaints aren't taken more serious here."

"I submitted a maintenance request and Brian promptly followed up with me the next morning. Brian assessed the problem and quickly determined the item in the kitchen needed to be replaced. Thank you Brian for doing a great job! This company should be glad your on their team. He has helped us with other issues when they do come up. Keep up the fantastic work. We appreciate you !!!"

"We had an appointment and tour with Haley and she was absolutely wonderful! The complex is clean and beautiful, and the apartment that we are hoping to secure was c Super nice and in a great location! It says a lot about your property and company when your own employee lives there... by choice! We do hope that this will be our new home in the coming days.... thanks for everything!"

"Madison Sierra Sun is by far my favorite complex to live at! We just moved back after our last lease at Glacier Run was finished. The office staff has been amazing since living here and maintenance is always fast and efficient. The property is going through renovations and it looks amazing! Definitely recommend living here if you’re looking to move :)"

"Sierra Sun is a wonderful place to live. When I had put a new request in for my sink to be serviced, the tech was there in less than 24 hours and replaced my garbage disposal and gave me a stainless sink/faucet since my sink had terrible gauges in it from the last person who lived there. A few other things I love about this community is the grounds, they are beautiful with every seasonal change, the pool, I LOVED this pool when I was pregnant, the water features, my son absolutely LOVES looking at the fountains and the water falls. I also love that my home does not feel like your average apartment, plus there are sidewalks that I can take my son on a walk with in his stroller. I don't have anyone above me and I have a garage that is attached and fits my 2 vehicles and some other items needing stored. My neighbors are super friendly and the community is peaceful and quiet. I have a view of Mt. Rainier from my balcony and I love to have a warm drink while looking at this view. This place just feels like home overall. I have been here almost 3 years now. Thank you Sierra Sun! Oh!! and also, they have such fun resident events! We just attended the Annual Harvest Party which was a blast. Contest, photo booth, and food, couldn't get any better. Can't wait for the next event! You can also reserve the cabana or billiard room for parties or baby showers, or whatever really, I had my sons first birthday party here and it was such a blast! Friends could play pool and we could all celebrate!"
