"Total scam. After over 3 years of good tenancy, we were charged for carpet replacement when we moved out of our apartment because they claimed there was excessive damage from pet urine. There was zero damage from our pets. Don't rent here."
"I've lived here for 4 years now and the new management (GRE) is the best yet. They genuinely care about your comfort, safety and security. They are all involved in making sure of that. I've even seen the property manager (Bonni) out on property with the maintenance staff doing work. I don't plan on moving from here until I buy a home as long as they are managing the property."
"I recently returned from four years working overseas, and so didn't have a clear rental history. Further, while I had a job offer, I'm a teacher and didn't have a formal offer letter. In other ways didn't fit into "the box" that most rental agencies require in order to consider an application. The rental staff at Deer Creek went out of their way to work with me --- they saw me, not my paperwork (or lack thereof). Kaylee was especially helpful, but that was because she was reflecting the attitude of the entire rental staff. They wanted to help me find a place to live in the few days before I started my new job. You will see many apartments similar to those at Deer Creek, but the people here make the difference."
"I have worked at many apartment communities over the years as a leasing agent myself. I know what is expected in multi-family housing and I can truly say I have no complaints here! I’m going on my 3rd year lease at Deer Creek. There has been a few manager changes but I’d say the staff we have now is probably the best it’s been in my opinion! They are friendly and they care about their residents. I’ve worked for companies who only care about $ and I can say THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I came in June 2020 on an awesome lease special and my rate has never changed. It’s been a blessing as I’m a young mother and I couldn’t afford to rent anywhere else right now! I’m thankful to have such a beautiful and updated space where I can feel safe with my family!"
"Deer Creek was referred to us by someone that live there . When we visited, we liked everything we saw . Stacey was very nice and explained everything that we needed to know . When we got back to our hotel , we started reading the reviews and got scared about what people were saying. We called Stacey back the next day and told her about our concerns and to cancel our application. She made us aware that most of the problems have been resolved so we decided to give it a try . The gate closes so far! This is my Update after a 1 year of hell Everything was great at start until the gate stops working again and this time for a long period of time! After schools were closed our neighbors above us let their kids stay up , jumping , playing and screaming until 3AM almost every night . We complained few times to the office but nothing change . We stopped complaining and was actively looking for somewhere else to live . Our cars got vandalized twice! First time it happen we called the cops and filed a report. We also called the office and told Stacie about what happen . The office didn’t do a thing! We spent over $1200 for repairs. The second time , they took our tires , rims , radio and everything else that they could find in the car by breaking the window. We didn’t even bother reporting it to the office ! After Thanksgiving we did a lot of shopping getting ready for our new place . Our packages were getting stolen everyday! I called the office few times to let them know . We bought some large fournitures on wayfair and it was all stolen . At some point I had to write a note and stick to my door letting all delivery drivers know about the issue and ask them to take back the packages if no one home . Even if you desperately need a apartment please spare yourself the headache and the stress look somewhere else ! The gate never stays close for long . Most of the time it just wide open for anyone to enter . At some point I started checking my door few times a night to make sure that it was looked . We didn’t feel safe at all . Yes application process is fast Yes they give you incentives Yes it’s close to everything Yes rooms are a good size Do not look at all that ! You will end up spending a lot more in repairs and maybe loose your sanity in the process. When you move out, don’t bother cleaning! You will still get charge for everything so why bother . I wish I knew that . Corporate need to take people safety seriously and do something about it ."
