"I’m a fairly new resident and can only speak to that experience so far (but I will update if anything major changes). But as far as the move-in and initial stay, it has been terrific. Bri and Heidi have been nothing but kind, the apartment is pretty nice, and so far my neighbors haven’t been a problem! I’ve been very happy with Willow Springs so far"
"We lived there 6 years until we purchased our house. It was a great place to live, just the right size of a complex and beautiful setting. It is quiet and they keep it well maintained. We didn't have too many issues but when we did, they took care of it quickly. They are very good about communicating when maintenance needs to be done and what it will entail. The manager and staff are kind and and professional!"
"I moved out almost 2 years ago and never received a single bill for extra move out charges then I randomly received a collection for $700 after 2 years!? I moved out and left the place spotless. When I moved out before I even fully moved out they already had buckets of paint in their office labeled with my apartment number. I only lived there a year and left the place so clean! This is so unprofessional!"
"I have lived here for a little over a year. I had a very good experience during the initial move in process, as well as re leasing. The property is older, but well kept. I feel the property management company and team on site really value the space we live in. It shows in the way they communicate with their residets. I appreciate that fencing, gates, security and landscaping are a priority. I also appreciate that I get text and email notifications when there are events and issues that impact me. I woild recommend it here."
"I gave it a 2 star because it was a nice, quiet spot to live. I did have a few issues. 1. They don't care of you work nights and sleep during the day. If something like fire alarm testing or other inspections happen, they will disturb your sleep and will not work with you to find a time that they will not disturb you. 2. The car wash station is not very usable. It has 4 short hoses at each corner. To rinse a car, you have to use each one to get the whole thing. Terrible design. 3. I can't comment about other amenities, as I did not use them. The grounds are well taken care of though. 4. Here's the big one: our building flooded when a fire sprinkler system line burst in roof. Being on the first floor, my apartment was flooded. I lost a day of work over it. The management responded quickly and a clean-up crew arrived shortly. Maintenance had to cut holes in the ceiling and walls to dry them out. They put several extremely loud fans and a dehumidifier in my apartment and I was told that I must leave them running 24/7. When I complained about the noise and asked to be housed elsewhere temporarily, they told me no and that I have to go through my insurance. I'm unhappy with my insurance also as they, along with apartment management told me that they would do nothing for me because it was "liveable". The owner of the complex even told me right to my face that the apartment complex did nothing wrong and that I was on my own as far as finding an alternative place to stay while all of the equipment was in my apartment. He even admitted that he would not expect his own family to live in those conditions but he was ok with me living in them. So, now that I moved out, they are charging me for carpet cleaning and interior paint, even though there was water damage in nearly every room. The master bath was the only room not affected. The carpet had mold coming through before I moved out. The manager just told me that they cleaned and stretched it and it looks new. Good luck to whomever occupies that apartment next. I think there's a good chance that the mold will return."
