"After midnight I sent in a maintenance request for a new lint screen for the dryer. At 9am the following morning, a knock at the door was greeted by a smiling maintenance person who presented me with a new screen. Thats fast effective service. What a pleasure."
"So bad I had to leave another review. In our time living there we had one of our cars vandalized TWICE, and the complex told us “If you feel unsafe, then move out.” They don’t actually care about the safety of their tenants, and they’ve made no effort to increase security since peoples cars started getting broken into. We had our backup camera yanked off the back of the car, and the window smashed in within 2 months, and that’s when we decided to leave. The Tacoma neighborhood I live in now is safer than Aspen Creek."
"Beware of these apartments! We moved in over 2 years ago and just moved out due to the management. Gail and Diana are so rude and only care about themselves. We ended up going to corporate because of the harassment and the way the treated people. There is also mold all over these apartments and when we brought it up it was our fault and we needed to leave out windows open for air flow. We had a family member look at it that is trained for this kind of things and he said it looks like it is in the the walls. I was pregnant living in a rotting apartment and the management did not care. I could go on and on about the things that have happened to me and many other tenants. The only great thing about this place is the maintenance men! John and Aaron are very nice and the only helpful people within the company."
"This is a actually a pretty nice property. Gail the property manager and Diana the Assistant manager have only been pleasant towards me. The property is really well kept and clean. Dog friendly community, it has a decently sized dog park. It has 2 small children's parks throughout the property. And there is a lot of trees around which provides a lot of privacy for my patio. Also I don't know if anybody has had this problem with other apartments a lot or if it's just me. But evey single one I've have lived in has no ceiling lights in the bedrooms and they expect you to just plug in a lamp. Well, this is the first complex I've had with ceiling lights in the bedrooms. I've happily thrown away my now useless lamps."
"Living at Aspen Creek was an excellent experience. I lived there for 2 years and never had any issues with management, other tenants, or crime. They did change management companies a few times but I definitely think it was for the better. Gail Harnett is an awesome property manager and a real pleasure to deal with. Maintenance is always on top of any work requests we put in as well. Highly recommend living here!"
