"Literally Run. If you have the opportunity to live somewhere other than here… do it. The rent is outrageous for a 1 bed 1 bath, internet doesn’t work, but because it’s shared through the whole building you can’t get any Xfinity help cuz it’s “a managed account. Not private” if you want an extra spot for your 2nd vehicle you can be put on a mile long waiting list and pay $35 even tho when we moved in we were told it was $25. If you don’t care about having an extra spot, you can park in a random neighborhood on a random side street and then walk 1-3 blocks (anytime of day), AND still have the entire property to walk in order to get home. Cars don’t move for SEVERAL days out of visitor spots or they play ring around the Rosie with them and just swap back and forth. The office tried to stop this by having people towed after 48 hours, but rarely follow through. You could also have your car towed if you get told you can park in an empty spot until it’s rented and then not get told the new apartment owner moved in. The way the apartments were built is dumb, light switches aren’t matching, no ventilation in the bathroom, anytime you have the windows open on a rainy day, be prepared for your entire Window sill and floor to be wet. (They didn’t put in the right kind of windows for WA, accounting for rain) our AC unit smells like mold and must even tho it’s been fully replaced. I could run on and on about how you pay luxury prices without getting a luxury apartment. If you order from Amazon a lot, be prepared to package hunt 90% of the time. Amazon reps are lazy and will leave high value items or really any item OUTSIDE the lockers so it’s easy to steal. If you live in the apartments your package will end up in the community center about 1/2 way across the property, still outside of a locker. No keys only lock pads on your apartment door, so if the keypad stops working or starts loudly beeping in the middle of the night your SOL on your door getting locked because “Emergency Maintenance” doesn’t respond until morning. We were told that the door locks/keypads not considered high priority and to put in a maintenance request and they would get to us soon. Thank God my husband was able to take the battery out and “reset” it. All locks are also ran through an app but that barely works or just doesn’t connect sometimes.I have had to walk around the ENTIRE building trying each of the 4 doors to get in after hours. I eventually had to call my husband downstairs to come get me. There are so many more issues but I promise you that your $1700-2500 would be spent better ELSEWHERE. It’s not worth the Mental Strain of dealing with the office staff or the problems of this building."
"Apartment Building: Parking is horrible there are five visitor spots for the entire building. Management says to park on the street however there is no street parking on the North, South or West side of the property, and homeowners on the two blocks East of the property have posted no parking signs in front of their homes. The apartments are nice however plan on adding a minimum of $110 more dollars per month to the advertised cost of a one bedroom apartment. You will be billed $70 for internet that buffers while streaming and doesn't open the app which allows access to the building outside of business hours. There is no option to opt out of that internet service. An additional $40 is added for water for one person and you never know how much water you actually use. The management no longer staffs the office of the apartment building and there are no after hours numbers for anything except for maintenance issues."
"I am writing for my daughter and son in law. The guy at the apartment said they could park their 2nd car in a specific parking spot that was unoccupied until a new tenant moved in and when then happened, he would let them know so they could move it. He LIED. He had their car towed at night 2 days ago and it costs $500 to get out.. when they moved in they were told the could pay $25 a month for an extra parking space and then never gave them one. They refuse to acknowledge they made a mistake and won't even cover the cost to get the car back. Young people don't have extra money just lying around these days. It's hard enough to live with the cost of things let alone to pay to get your car back that you were told could park there! I'm so livid at this place! I wish they never moved in there! Parking there is terrible. You can never visit because there is no where to park. It's so expensive for what you get. You can hear everything through the walls and the neighbors are so noisy all day and all night. Don't trust this place!"
"My husband and I moved here from Texas. I found this place and called them to ask if pets were allowed. I was told yes! Then I asked if my cat needed to be on a leash and if I could have a kitty window and I was told yes. In fact, I was told by the mamager that the idea of putting cats on a leash was ridiculous to them since there are lots of stray cats roaming the neighborhood. Also, they told me this was a gated community, once we moved the rules changed and everything we were told did not apply anymore. Now, we are stuck in this place and it costs $3.360 to buy out of the lease. You will be lied to when you come tour this property. After we moved in we found out that the property had to agree to give out the gate codes to the entire neighborhood. So now we have complete strangers who do not live here roaming around the property living trash and vandalizing because anyone can get the code and walk in. Which they did not tell this to us. Nothing here is new!! All the appliances are refurbished and all the plumbing smells rotten and constantly leaks. They do not itemized you monthly utilities in your bill leaving you in the dark and you never know what you truly used for water and how much of that expense belongs to your unit. We get charged random numbers every month. It might fluctuate between 50 or 200, although we always use the same amount of water. Run away from here!!"
"Prepare to be misled when touring and inquiring. I live in the new apartment buildings, and although the unit and building is nice, it’s not worth it. When we toured, we were mislead about multiple things that we expressed were our biggest concerns when touring. Then, after signing a lease we were told that things that we were told on the tour have changed and aren’t true anymore, and they did not honor what was advertised to us by their employees. Parking near the apartments is a mess, 9 unreserved spaces for 70+ units. If you have more than one car it can be difficult to find parking. They advertised to us on our tour that we would get one automatic reserved spot and that we could buy an additional reserved spot for $25 a month. This was a lie and now we struggle to find parking for both of our cars. They told us the air conditioning unit in the living room was connected through pipes to the bedrooms and they would be only 1-2 degrees warmer than the living room. Also a lie and not true, resulting in us needing to sleep in the living room during hot summer months. The management team will say that they will help solve your problems and that they will get back to you with a response, but prepare to never hear about it again unless you continually remind them you are waiting for an answer or help. I am still constantly reminding them about a refund they have owed me for more than 3 months. They tell you exactly what you want to hear, make it seem like a great place to live, and once you have signed your lease they don’t care anymore."
