"Since the new management has taken over have not been impressed. With the way things go call up. Set up something to be done and the work order gets completed, but the work is never completed example. Management told me that they'd put in her work. Request for clearing weeds. And they showed it completed, but it never got done. I am not impressed with cushman wakefield."
"Staff is polite and friendly. Units are nice, quiet, and clean. The area is quiet despite being on a busy road and every is very polite and respectful."
"I lived there for 3 years. It was good and nice as Crystal Creek. But after Terra came, they have done nothing but lie. Talling you that you can't have your plants out. That you can't have things showing on your back patio. Then the " we will wave this fee cause we missed up" they never did. Then the you have have 30 days from move out to pay this bill. Nope less then 3 days. They lied to my face and to my partner. We will never move back there. We will always miss the place it was. And happy to leave what it became. And 2090 for a 2 room?!?! Are you nuts?!? Yea now in a new place 3 room at 1500. So yea don't move there. Looks nice but they are lies."
"To all tenants leaving, don't be surprised to get a letter from collections for your last "utility bill". After turning in our keys and assuring we were paid up, my wife and I received a letter almost 2 months later, from collections for our last month's "utility bill." What utility bill!?, the electric is in your name.. the only thing I could think of is the pro rated trash and water that's included in your rent!!!! With no access to the payment portal being we were no longer residents, there was no way to know..... Ontop of that, management at Terra made no attempt to notify us of the bill due. No mail, no phone call, no email....Nothing! Their logic was to go straight to collections. For those interested in Terra, look elsewhere. This place went downhill after management changed. Edit: In regards to Terras response, office management was contacted immediately after the collections letter was received , and we were told it was out of Terras hands at that point. When questioned as to why we weren't contacted prior to the escalation, I was not given an answer. In the end, it was chump change, and if we owed, we owed. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to the escalation via invoice.. or some communication. Poor business practice on management's part."
"To be clear, this reflects my family's experience with this place, other people may be having a better time/experience. Ever since the takeover by this new corporation, or whatever they are, the only thing that has been achieved is telling the elderly they can no longer plant their flowers, citing safety concerns. Falsely advertising the spa/exercise as being 24 hours when it has yet to be, and it's been months and months citing "computer issues". Changing the rules as they see fit evidently. We tool screenshot just to sure they don't change that too. The website filled with images obviously altered for advertising purposes. Worse, I live in a 3 bed, 2 bath. All told, I believe we've lived without the proper use of our master bathroom for about 10 months due to maintenance's inability to fix the toilet. It still floods and is not being used as I type this. Anything screwed cannot be tightened because for the way it was fixed, so now my shower rack is held straight with push tacks, which also is not working. We made a serious effort to find a new place this year, but none of our request for appointments were answered. We're stuck for the time being, regrettably so, bit the effort will now intensify now that we were accused of being delinquent on rent when the money had been taken out of our accounts. I've discouraged some of my coworkers who were looking at this place as an option. I did say in the beginning that this is about our experiences, but not a single person we talked to is happy here. At least with the old company there were pretty flowers to look at."
