"Updating my previous review. The apartment uses a website called Rent Cafe for online rent payments. I had $3,386.50 taken from my account that I did not authorize that went to 192nd West Lofts. This happened several weeks ago, and I have still been unable to get this money back."

"Be warned!!!!! They have hidden extra fee's for "Valet Trash pickup" That's an extra $25.00 a month on top of paying for the regular trash service. It's gross, trash and trash bins are left out all the time and makes for a smelly hallway. Also you will not get your deposit back. They will charge you for what ever they can and then add other fees so you owe them. There's $185.00 cleaning fee charged Guaranteed. Then there's the billing department....Denise who should be fired for the way she harasses, threatens and tries to intimidates you even when she's in the wrong. I have never been treated so poorly by a company."

"Today Leasing office put a sticker on my wife's car because she backed into a space. That sticker ruined her tint. The office just made us register our cars and get parking permits. So they can easily tell who's car is who. They didn't email us, call or leave a note on our door. Instead they damaged our personal property. This is a month after my car was broken into and we found out none of the security cameras in building A worked and they couldn't access the ones in building B. This place looks like luxury living but it's all for show. The other negative reviews is correct. Tons of water issues here. Frequently seeing the 24 hour emergency water repairs. The bike room had leaking issues as well."

"I recently visited this property and was very pleased with my visit. All the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. The lofts are beautiful and felt very open with plenty of space for my son to play around and to entertain guest. The grounds are well kept and feels very safe. I love that it’s close to so many places which makes it convenient if I need to quickly run out for something. The lease at my current apartment will be up soon and this property is definitely a potential for my new home!"

"This place is super cute brand new complex right in the middle of everything! Shopping centers, restaurants ,walking trails, dog park. The location is perfect. Have not been here long but my move in was easy and simple and the manager was very friendly and helpful when we thought our fridge and dishwasher wasn't working they came over right away to address it. Turns out our breakers just needed to be flipped to the right side. I also will point out that parking is free!! I feel like every new place we toured charged an extra 75-100 for parking on top of rent prices! Could use a little more flowers and grass in the landscaping but over all I really enjoy the place!"
