"I have lived here at First Street Station for over 14 years and would highly recommend. Having the parking lot gated does add a layer of protection and a sense of security. It's annoying when people leave large items near the dumpster that don't belong there or they dump garbage in the wrong bins. However, it's really a great community. Quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this complex."

"Ariel is a friendly and helpful manager. She was prompt and answered all my questions in every step of the process, from seeing the apartments to following up with maintenance requests. She lives in the complex, so she can see what needs doing. The apartments themselves are clean and newly renovated, with great amenities. A good place to move to, and a good place to live."

"We have lived here since May of this year, Ariel the manager has been fantastic. She’s friendly and thorough and always there if you have any questions or concerns. The community is very quiet, friendly neighbors and surroundings and we like that the community is gated. Also the maintenance staff is quick about responding to maintenance requests. The community is safe and its convenient to schools and stores in town too wich is nice for the kiddos. Had 1 maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately. These guys rock!!! Love living here!!!"
