"We just moved here into a three bedroom in November and we are so happy with our choice. We were living in a two bedroom at Sedona and had our son and a roommate so we wanted to move into a three bedroom so he could obviously have his own room. But the amount of space we have now even in the living area is such a huge difference. We love the open floor plan, and the fact that we still have a wood-burning fireplace. A linen closet. Not to mention all the Amenities. Year-round inside pool and hot tub, huge inside basketball court and workout room with a pool table. And an outside pool with a kitty pool during summer. They are so on top of maintenance requests and keeping the property updated and replace any appliances instantly when needed. The staff is so friendly, plus every tenant has a parking pass so you don’t have to worry about people who don’t live here taking up all the open spots. And none of them are assigned so a lot of the time you can park really close every time. At our old place there were people always parking in our paid parking spots and taking up all the extra parking. So happy with our choice to move here. Also they supply doggy bags for pick up and have an outside basketball court as well. Located next to so many restaurants and anything you could ever need!"

"Absolutely disgusting!!! Where do i start with place, Low income housing to say the least, and you can definitely tell by just driving through the dangerous pothole in the parking lot ( really bad & can destroy your car). Multiple management company changes."

"The tow truck driver Drives around everynight searching for cars to tow. I was literally sitting in my boyfriends car,which has super tinted windows. The tow truck driver couldn't see I was in the car, and starts backing up to it..turns his lights on and tryst to make sure it is quick and quiet, untill i open my door. He quickly turns lights off, and speeds off Super predatory towing. Little man syndrome as well."
