"Eighttowncenter apartments layout is unique in this era of apartment footprint compared to the overall complex allowing large green professionally maintained areas between the eight apartment layout per building. The apartments are nicely laid out and refurbished to modern concepts as they are turned over. Dog parks and security lighting, a small but well-equipped exercise facility, pool and spa, ample parking only add to the livability."

"Most neighbors are great! Love the privacy in our section of the complex. Great specious apartment with good amenities. Facilities staff is really helpful. Wish the pool was open a little earlier and later in the season for those initial/last warm days of spring and fall. But doesn’t effect how great everything else is in the complex. Trash valet is amazing!"

"We’ve been at Eight Towncenter for about 3 years and appreciate everything. The complex has mature trees, the complex is quiet and clean, and parking is the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex. Although we really haven’t had any maintenance issues, the couple of minor items that have popped up over the years were resolved quickly. Eight Towncenter is in a very nice area of Vancouver, has easy access to freeways and a significant business district, and only a short drive to downtown Vancouver and Portland. It’s hard to ask for a better place. We’re happy to have landed here!"
