"Persistent Trash: The presence of trash and litter in and around our apartment building had been a constant problem. Despite multiple complaints and requests for assistance, the situation NEVER improved and left us in a dire state of uncleanly living conditions. Neglected Common Areas: The communal areas, such as hallways, stairwells, and the parking lot, were consistently dirty and unkempt. This affected the overall appearance but also created an EXTREME health and safety hazard to all of its residents at the height of COVID-19. Ineffective Maintenance: They never addressed the maintenance requests, exacerbating our living condition. Basic repairs and upkeep were neglected, contributing to the overall deterioration of the property. They persuade their tenants with food/contests/ect to post five star reviews. I strongly suggest that if you care for your health and safety, to not live here."

"Just finished 2 years of living in the Dakota and overall, I had a good-great experince living here. Parking is a big difficulty if you have more than 1 vehicle as you only get one spot, so just keep that in mind with guests or extra vehicle parking. I felt safe overall with only a few minor incidents and one package theft from my door. As far as the good, I moved into a newly remodeled unit, and everything worked like a charm and the space was intelligently used. The maintenance team (especially before the management change a few months ago) was the shining star, always fixing things withing about 24-48 hours and going above and beyond. The front staff (I worked mostly with Caitlin) were great and responsive to the few issues I ever had. Overall, a good spot in a good location for a single person or a couple looking to upgrade a bit."
