"Hands down one of the best apartments I've lived at. Manager had changed while living there but they have both been such a delight and are so sweet as well as the maintenance guy! Apartment was completely remodeled before moving in, very spacious and I feel rent was good for the size. Not much of any amenities, never had any problems while living here. Thank you Regency!"
"I have been living here for over 2 years now and never had any problems. The new management has been a great improvement and has always been friendly and helpful, maintenance is prompt, grounds kept up well and my apartment is nice and spacious. Works perfect for me. I like how it’s a small community and only 2 floor buildings. Yes I can hear my upstairs neighbors at times so maybe not having carpets in upstairs units isn’t the greatest but that’s something you need to consider choosing an apartment. Not having a pool or work out room does not bother me - pretty sure that is also why the rent is a little lower than other places."
"We recently just signed a second lease at regency apartments. The size and how open the apartment is, with paying a little over $1000 a month is why i enjoy this apartment. They put in brand new carpet and updated the kitchen before we moved in. It is next to a busy road so you occasionally hear sirens and loud sound systems but it hasn’t been an issue. We are on the bottom floor and i don’t really hear my neighbors. There isn’t a gym or a pool but i figured that was one of the reason the price is so good. There is a community grill but the propane tanks are always out. Each apartment gets one parking space and sometimes the other slots fill up really fast, and we’ve had to park across the street a few times. I will say the leasing building is never open, it’s never been an issue for us but i could see how it could be. If i need anything i just email the property manager and she emails back within 24 hours. They allow animals with a pet deposit. Utilities are separate from the rent and split up between the building which i think is a little odd. Overall i think the apartments are worth looking into."
"We have lived here for about 6 months and have loved it for the most part. Friendly staff, quick to respond to maintenance requests, nice open units and for now they're not too expensive for the area. A downfall is office hours; they seem to hardly be open during the day. Doesn't bother us much, but I can see how it would."
"The property manager Erin and Carol are out to get your money, and they are rarely in the office. They do not care about the community they only care about your money. They are good at lying and placing blame on you instead of looking at their own business practices. Before woodspear (the company that owns these apartments) took over this place was managed by Jackson Rentals (JR). JR would put on community events, made you feel welcome, concerned about any problems you had. Now that woodspear and Erin and Carol are here I feel sad for the tenants that live, don't expect to get your deposit back even though you do exactly what they ask of you. While living in our apartment my family could smell cigarette smoke coming from our neighbors below. Erin the manager seemed to be more concerned with the tenants staying there so she could collect more money, than the health of my family or her own property/future tenants. I would give zero stars if I could."
