"My family and I have lived here for the last 7+ years. I will say after raising our kids here and calling this place home for that long we've really gotten a feel for this area and the people here. Jackie is one of the most kind, understanding and solution oriented people I have ever met. As far as landlords go she is definitely doing her best to ensure everyone is happy, tenant and landlord alike. Something that is INCREDIBLY rare. She goes out of her way to host experiences that engage the neighborhood, especially the children. Our children feel safe knowing that Jackie and Thomas (groups keeper, maintenence provider) are almost always somewhere on the property. And being as close to the trail as we are safety is a MUST. Both Jackie and Thomas are super easy to get ahold of, we have never been stuck waiting for any kind of maintenence issue and Thomas' vigilant eye even saved our family's belongings and home by spotting the signs of a budding kitchen fire (no fault of the complex), which he PROMPTLY extinguished while still making sure in the chaos that the least amount of damage was done to our personal belongings. We are forever grateful for his lightening fast response and skill to what could have been a absolute disaster. Even tho this area is a little chaotic Jackie and Thomas do a wonderful job keeping this a safe and welcoming place to call home. Always a clean area, we feel genuinely respected as residents of this very well ran apartment complex. That is hard to come by these days and we cherish it in these rough times. "The apartment manager [Jackie] is beyond excellent!!!! Have never had a manager as kind, helpfull and understanding as she is. She is always on top of everything. Never had an issue with them. I love the area, is is always so clean in the parking lot. The maintenance man [ Thomas] is always done with repairs or fixing things within a timely manner. He also is very polite and gets the job done! Very great full for them. Thank you both for all you do!!!"
