"Parking is an absolute nightmare! I pay for 2 carports and don't even know why I bother! People just park in fire lanes, in front of dumpsters... anywhere they want. The owners really need to utilize space that is available to build a parking lot as there is ZERO off property parking. Non residents will also drive onto property and use the dumpsters for anything and everything and you have to pay for it. Management does the best they can but the property owner does not care about the actual tenants, only about rent being paid on time."

"I have lived here for a year and can say I’ve had the best experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the grounds are always clean and taken care of. They also took great care of the pool this summer. I renewed my lease because it’s been very pleasant."

"My husband and I just moved in with our 3yr old son, throughout this whole process Shyla has been an angel! Extremely communicative, helpful and sweet! She went above and beyond to help us and answer all questions. We love our apartment it is so up to date and cute inside! Everyone we have met here are super friendly! Such a nice and cozy apartment with such friendly people! Thanks again to Shyla!"

"Great place to live, has its flaws like any apartment but you can do far worse than Britton place in the same price range. Bobby sweet if you’d kindly remove the photo of my Toyota Camry I don’t appreciate you posting photos of my vehicle thanks."

"parking spots here are ridiculous. why am i paying for a carport when i could quite literally park wherever i wanted. last picture was our carport that we PAY for being occupied and a tow not coming because we needed a managers signature at 11 PM :) might i add, handicap parking is being used without correct stickers, plates, or identification which is actually completely illegal. maybe an officer will be notified to ensure it no longer happens since the office does not seem too concerned."
